Two KONP activists, Peter Gillard of Shropshire Defend Our NHS and Vicky Penner from Save Lewisham Hospital Campaign have shared their experiences at a recent successful public meeting with the Hands off Huddersfield Royal Infirmary Campaign. Great to see growing momentum to the work of saving our NHS, with KONP campaigners supporting each other across the country. To find out more about the HRI campaign go here.

Heidi Alexander has resigned as shadow Health Secretary, and Dianne Abbott has taken up the post.

Finally the deadline for the submission of STP plans by the end of June has become a "pipeline". Financial submissions now do not have to be delivered until September. Read Dave West's article about the implications of this here. Please note unfortunately this article is behind a paywall.
