Still our NHS?

Little by little, successive governments have chipped away at our NHS, selling services off to private providers piece by piece.
Commissioners in Gloucestershire are assembling a single large contract entailing the right to provide a mix of key services over a period of years. County services are being packaged in a way that leaves them open to being sold off to large US healthcare conglommerates, which will cut back NHS services to drive up their own profit margins – just as they do in the US itself.
On 8 June, join us in Gloucester Guildhall to hear 3 NHS doctors speak on the threat to our NHS today, and the attempt to roll out US-style private healthcare in Britain by stealth.
