The Fight to Safeguard the Future of Our NHS

A further reduction of A&E and vital acute services at South Tyneside Hospital is planned to be “consulted” on later this summer.
At this crucial time, this meeting, with Professor Allyson Pollock (Director of the Institute for Health and Society) is being called to:
– Give an in-depth presentation of the facts behind the market system that is wrecking and privatising our NHS.
– Discuss the way forward to defend the rights of all to healthcare and save the vital acute and other care services that we need in South Tyneside, Sunderland and all district hospitals.
