Doctors Laboratory strike rally – save lives, not pennies!

The Independent Workers of Great Britain trade union is organising a 48-hour walkout at prestigious central-London pathology company The Doctors Laboratory (TDL). With a clientele that includes the NHS and a litany of private GPs, surgeries and clinics, TDL has continually cut pay and heightened the exploitation of its hard-working couriers. Couriers have lost faith with management and are taking a stand to defend their livelihoods.
At noon on Thursday 23 May there will be a public demonstration of support featuring journalist Owen Jones, Dr Louise Irvine of Keep Our NHS Public, and other speakers. Stand with couriers and fight to save lives, not pennies!
