Manchester | Winter Crisis Day of Action

This ‘winter crisis’ is the worst ever, across all of England. Join us at the Manchester Royal Infirmary on 13 February for a demonstration to take a stand for our NHS!

We’ll assemble at noon near the Main Entrance (Oxford Street); later on we may move to the Grafton Street side entrance.

The protest is aimed at getting media attention and to inform staff/public about our demands to end privatisation and invest in beds and staff.

The ongoing crisis in the NHS continues to worsen due to chronic underfunding leading to cuts, closures and huge staff shortages
· This year’s Winter Crisis is the worst yet on record and set to continue.
· The looming threat of a US Trade Deal which could open up our NHS to further damaging private sector deals.

We know it will require huge, co-ordinated and sustained campaigning to secure the necessary funding to reverse the cuts to NHS services and to hold off any more Private Sector deals.
