This is about the whole STP process and needs putting on this site. The Commons Health Committee on 11th October heard from the CEO of NHS Providers that ‘everyone knows’ ALL the STP plans are impossible to achieve because they are driven by ‘silly’ impossible targets for efficiency savings set by the government Here is the link to the video of the two hour discussion which is full of information about the crisis in funding:
